Italo Soracco and the Cohete team left Athens at the crack of dawn to surf waves generated from the storm off the south coast of the Peloponnese in Greece. The swell was pumping at Mati and after surfing the spot we decided to hit up Agrili. Italo’s was really pushing his EPS-EPOXY-CARBON STRINGER-FUSED CARBON WRAP Bandito testing and researching the development of the new technology. He first surfed this board when travelling to Peru where he rode it in barrels and was amazed by the shape and performance of the surfboard. Since then JT and him have been developing the board to produce a snappy, barrel loving, mean charging, smooth cutback Bandit that is lightweight and performs in demanding conditions. The carbon stringer technology’s reduced weight makes the surfboard agile and lively in the break and is an incredible performer. The surfboard is lightweight, durable, ecofriendly and has one of the meanest shapes for cutting up waves and charging through sections. Enjoy some of the in-action photos of the day!
