COHETE SURFBOARDS, KITE SURFBOARDS, STAND UP PADDLEBOARDS, SOFT TOP SURFBOARDS & HYDROFOILS LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY.

We are offering an after purchase warranty for all the Surfboards, Kite Surfboards,Stand Up Paddle Boards(& Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards) and Soft Top Surfboards. Boards we manufacture. All the warranty claims will be processed exclusively through Cohete Surfboards Retailers and Dealers. We offer a limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, covering 90 days from purchase. Retailers or Dealers are obligated to process all the warranty claims to Cohete Surfboards Customer Service Team to validate and approve the claim.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proof of purchase from an Authorised Cohete Surfboards Retailer or Dealer with the Retailer name and date of purchase clearly visible.
  • Claims will only be processed for the original purchaser.
  • Photos of the board which clearly show the defect(s).
  • Production number located at the bottom of the board in the tip of the tail.
  • Returned products must be accompanied with the original receipt of the purchase otherwise they will be automatically refused.

Cohete Surfboards will determine if falls under the warranty guidelines after information is submitted or product has been received by Cohete Surfboards. Credit will be issued or replacement will be send after the product is deemed defective at the manufacturing/construction level. Boards will develop natural wear and tear and the materials may breakdown over time. Taking good care of a board can help extend its life.

Cohete Surfboards limited time warranty doe not cover the following:

  • Damage due normal wear and tear.
  • Punctures and/or previous repairs
  • Damage due improper care, handling or storage.
  • Damage due to excessive heat exposure including direct sunlight, extended amount of time in car and/or board bag.
  • Damage/breakage caused by waves or falling in surf conditions.
  • Damaged caused by anything other than defects in material and/or workmanship.

COHETE SURFBOARDS INFLATABLE STAND UP PADDLEBOARD LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

We are offering an after purchase warranty for all the Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards we manufacture. We offer a limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, covering 180 days from purchase. Retailers or Dealers are obligated to process all the warranty claims to Cohete Surfboards Customer Service Team to validate and approve the claim.
